Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 48 hours on business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
All items will be send by DHL, UPS, FedEX, EMS, TNT or ARAMEX Express.
On average, a package can take 2-4 weeks to arrive from date of shipment.
PLEASE NOTE THIS CAN TAKE LONGER DURING HOLIDAYS PERIODS WHEN IT MAY TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS FOR SHIPMENTS TO BE DISPATCHED

- YOU WILL NEED TO COVER THE INGOING CUSTOMS COST OR TAXES SHOULD ANY BE INCURRED IN SHIPPING TO YOUR DESTINATION
- WE SHIP OUT MONDAY TO FRIDAY. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY THE FACTORY IS CLOSE. ORDERS PLACED SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WILL START OUR ABOVE MENTIONED PROCCES ON MONDAY AND SHIPPED OUT ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROCESS.
- The courier with try 3 attempts to deliver your order in case it is failed the package will be destroyed.
- Art Dud is NOT responsible and the customer has full responsibility if the package cant be delivered and get destroyed.
